Crumble for businesses
Run a place that's already on Crumble? We can give you a verified badge, a private dashboard with anonymised review trends, and an optional sponsored pin on the map.
How it works
Businesses are onboarded by hand — there's no public sign-up form and no instant signup. Email us and we'll verify ownership offline (domain match, phone callback, or written corporate authorisation for chains), then add you as the manager of your spot.
Once you're in, you'll see a "Manage your business" panel on your Crumble profile. From there you can view aggregated review trends, request a pin location move (we apply approved moves manually), and optionally upgrade to a sponsored placement.
What you get on the free tier
- A verified-business badge on your spot's main view.
- Aggregated analytics: review count, average rating, trend, top dishes — never individual identities unless the reviewer opted in to share with you.
- Private business dashboard at
/business/[spot-id]. - Move-pin requests routed through us — no auto-edit risk.
What sponsored placement adds
- Your pin highlighted in teal on the map for non-friend, non-Plus visitors.
- An optional short tagline on the popup.
- Plus subscribers never see sponsored pins — that's their perk and we won't break it.
- Sponsored placement never unlocks additional review access. Payment buys map pixels, never reviewer identities or content.
What we will not do
- Surface sponsored pins inside friends' feeds, the random-spot picker, or push notifications.
- Promote your spot in search ordering or boost its rating.
- Reveal anonymous reviewers, share their data with third parties, or accept payment for review removal.
- Default any reviewer's content to "shared with the business" — every reviewer opts in per-review.
